INDUS Engineering have a very good ongoing relationship with DP Seals in Hamworthy. Having worked on many small electrical works over the years INDUS were called in to handle a larger project in March 2021. DP Seals required their factory in Dawkins Road, Poole to be refurbished and modernised. The manufacturer of specialist rubber seals for many sectors including aerospace, marine and energy operated from a factory constructed in the 1980s and this now needed rewiring and re-siting of areas such as the tool room to heighten efficiency and improve their infrastructure for the future.

Work commenced on an initial 6 month plan in the spring of 2021 - but this plan soon evolved to include moving entire offices and replacing the entire lighting for new energy saving LEDs. As the working relationship was so strong between INDUS and DP Seals this was all handled very easily by INDUS who adapted to the ever evolving works. This included weekend and evening working to operate without hindering production in any way.

To this day work is still ongoing at these premises as the business is following an expansion plan - and shortly in the future INDUS will be performing a similar task in an additional factory owned by DP Seals.
